Auto-Buffering Spring (pat. req. A/00751/31.08.2005)

a. Constructive solution - suspension spring for bogies (incl. Y25)
-          self adjustment of the shock absorbing force, depending on the spring’s load and deforming speed;
-          the force when spring is pressed can be, according to specific needs, either symmetrical or asymmetrical to the force when spring is loosened;
-          the system does not include any components that are subject to wearing through movements and frictions (such as sealing elements, for example);
-          working pressure of the hydraulic agent are relatively low. For example, for a force of 950daN the pressure would not exceed 4daN/cm2.
-          when working, the shock absorbing component of the spring diminishes the inflexion point when the second spring begins to function.

b. Constructive solution for a railcar buffer of 70 kJ (UIC 526-1) or L150 (UIC 526-3)
-          provides the lightest and most inexpensive elastic element of C category min. 70 kJ, within standard sizes, in full compliance with the UIC 526-1 prescriptions as well as additional UIC prescriptions;
-          the resulting elastic element retains all maintenance advantages of the rubber/metal springs of A category.

Telescopic Hydraulic Shock Absorber

Current status: seeks partnership or buyer.

Highlights: a new constructive solution of shock absorbers for vehicle suspension, at costs comparable to that of common shock absorbers. The new product addresses the following unsolved issues of the presently marketed absorbers:
- maintains the same functional characteristics it was designed for, within a temperature range of -40 to 90 deg. Celsius;
- superior fiability compared to classical shock absorbers: the product we propose can eliminate transversal forces within the fixings and compensates the wearing of the sealing elements;
- possibility of automatic adjustment of its features, for vehicles with significant difference between minimal and maximal load.
