Briefing
Constructive variants: we offer original constructive variants, metal - rubber, hydrostatic, hydrodynamic.
Applications: a unitary system that incorporates all standardized waggon buffers, for freight cars, passenger cars and locomotives, in compliance with UIC 526-1, 526-3, 528 and 529. Some of the proposed solutions are suitable for developing high-capacity buffers (over 150 kJ), as an alternative to self-destructive buffers (crash buffers).
Main advantages compared to the present stage of buffers' technics: - up to 65% decreased costs compared to present buffers, at the same performance level; - can perform functions that present buffers do not have; - some constructive variants obtain the lowest forces between buffers when rolling in curves, compared to any existant buffer.
