The method and related devices allow simulation of a specific rolling situation: a railcar passing over vertical and horizontal hops of the rail. The costs implied by this method are significantly less than the costs of actual specialized testing stands.
The method is especially addressed to railcars still in testing phase, when they are not yet suitable for tests on real open railways. The low costs of this method allows the tests to be made straight at the manufacturing plant.
We can provide the know-how, the measurement devices and the required software, or we can perform the tests ourselves for customers.
